Chattanooga DTF and Apparel Decorator, Emblem On

Our journey began in 2017 when we created Emblem On in a 300 square foot space above a kick butt promotional products company, Yogi's PrimoPromo, in Chattanooga, TN. We were decorating all types of textiles using plastisol transfers, DTF and hybrid DTF transfers. We were transferring anything from a 1 color, to a 15 spot color, and full color CMYK printed transfers for any type of textile that existed and whatever challenge presented itself. We were put to the test and we pressed our way to a new building in 2021. We went from 300 square feet to 3500 square feet decoration facility right across the street from our former location. What a move it was. Still buying transfers from numerous suppliers and working towards owning our very own equipment, we finally jumped in the ocean and purchased our very 1st 24 inch DTF printer and our DTF world changed forever. Today we are in year 4 of owning the 24 inch printer and we also now have a 36 inch printer to boost our transfer business to another level. We provide transfers for other promotional products companies in our region, public and private schools, as well as small business crafters who design and sell there creations to the public. They are the lifeline of our company. We try to go above and beyond for all our customers. Printing prints at all hours and trying to turn orders mostly same day or next day for everyone. We have printed on canopy tents, table covers, leather padfolios, certificate covers, metal plates, cardboard boxes, tees, headwear, and a ton of other items. We strive to offer competitive gang sheet prices with high quality inks, powder, and film to ensure the quality of our work is just another reward for our customers. We also provide transferring services for all customers and no job is too small or too big for our heat press masters in our production facility. Emblem On has a long history of decorating apparel and we also have 22 embroidery heads and we sew in or print tags for private labeling as well. As the owners of Emblem On we have to give a lot of credit to our work family for our ability to grow and complete customers' expectations. Khristy is our office mom keeping everything from orders to invoicing, and assisting our customers with their POs and work orders. She is a do it everything office manager!, Russ was our 1st employee and handles heat press production and daily equipment maintenance. At 1 time Russ competed in Bladesports as Chattanooga Chop! Also on a heat press is Ryker and he is no stranger to people of Emblem On. He is Khristy's son and soon to be married to his longtime girlfriend! Ryker is a huge sports fan and card collector. Over on the wide format printer is the baby of the work family, Camden. Printing, laminating, and cutting decals, making signs and installing all of it. Camden is also a big sports fan always supporting his GA Bulldogs, Boston Red Sox, and playing golf with whoever he runs into at the course. Over on the embroidery equipment is another workhorse, Tina. Tina embroiders, sews tags, and can create just about anything on her sewing machine. She could outwork everyone in the building if you let her. She always has a surprise for every holiday as well! Tina loves crafting on her days off. On our hat machine is Mike and Mike loves everything 3D from the thread to the puff, and the heat gun. He also sews a lot of flat logos on fronts sides and back of headwear. Mike's hobby is drift car racing and merch. Prepping the order, creating sew outs, and sewing all types of orders is Dee. Dee has worked with me before and has had a long history in embroidery in Chattanooga area.
